14-day returns
You may return your watch within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act gives you a 7-day cooling-off right on anything bought online, without needing to give a reason — we extend that to 14 days.
The watch must be unused, in its original packaging, with the charging cable and all accessories included.
How to return something
Contact us first with your order number and we'll confirm the process. Please don't send anything back before speaking to us, or we may not be able to match the parcel to your order.

For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and pay for the return shipping. If the watch is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we cover the return cost entirely.
Refunds
Once the watch reaches us and we've checked its condition, we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Delivery was free, so nothing is deducted.
Warranty
Every watch carries a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. This mirrors your rights under Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, which entitles you to a repair, replacement or refund on defective goods within six months — your choice, not ours.
Covered: defects in materials or workmanship, a screen or sensor that fails in normal use, a battery that won't hold a charge.
Not covered: accidental damage, glass cracked by impact, water damage beyond the IP68 rating (hot water, steam, high-pressure jets or diving), damage from unauthorised repair, and normal cosmetic wear to the strap or case.
Damaged on arrival
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the parcel and the watch. We'll replace it and cover all shipping.
