Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses throughout South Africa, from the major metros to regional towns. We don't currently ship outside South Africa.
Cost and timing
Delivery is free on every order. No minimum spend, and no surcharge for outlying areas.
Orders are delivered by Aramex within 8–11 business days of being placed. Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
Tracking
As soon as the courier collects your parcel, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received one within a few days of ordering, contact us and we'll look into it.
Delivery addresses
Aramex delivers to street addresses, not post boxes. Please double-check your address at checkout — an incorrect address is the most common cause of a delayed parcel, and redelivery to a corrected address may be charged.
If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave collection instructions.
Delays
The 8–11 day window is what we plan for and hold ourselves to. Occasionally something outside our control — severe weather, courier disruption, a depot problem — pushes a delivery past it. If that happens we'll tell you rather than leave you guessing, and if a delivery runs materially late you're entitled to cancel for a full refund.
