Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract comes into existence when we dispatch your order, not when you check out. We may decline an order — for example if stock has run out, or if we can't verify the payment or delivery address — and if we do, you're refunded in full.
Prices
All prices are in South African Rand and include delivery. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you placed your order is the price you pay.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price through an error, we'll contact you before dispatching, and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, and technical specifications are supplied by the manufacturer. Product photographs are for illustration; the watch faces shown are examples and the dial you see depends on your settings. Battery figures are manufacturer estimates at default settings — heavy use of calling, GPS or screen brightness will shorten them.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002. Our returns, refund and warranty terms are set out on the Returns & Warranty page and form part of these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a product — for example lost data or a missed appointment. This doesn't exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded by law.
Our watches are consumer fitness and outdoor devices. They are not medical devices and must not be relied on for medical decisions, and they are not a substitute for proper navigation or safety equipment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
